Key responsibilities - Source and list residential properties across priority Dubai communities
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of sellers, landlords, and motivated owners
- Align buyer and investor briefs with suitable secondary market inventory
- Conduct viewings, produce comparative market analyses, and advise on pricing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly pipeline reporting
