Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and potential tenants. This involves providing excellent customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing and move-in. This includes preparing lease agreements, collecting security deposits, and ensuring smooth tenant onboarding.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. This may include experience in retail, hospitality, or real estate.
