            Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties 
Conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings 
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals 
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers 
Provide market analyses and advice on pricing 
Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals 
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and local market trends 
Use CRM systems to manage leads and follow up with clients 
Qualifications Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales role 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
Self-motivated and goal-oriented 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
