As a Real Estate Administration & Office Support professional, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team based in Kew. In this full-time role, with the possibility of working 4 days a week, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our thriving real estate office.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the daily administrative tasks of the office, including, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems etc.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client communications
- Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities, including the preparation of property listings and promotional materials
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
