Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the Academy's students and classes are aware and follow the REACH Values. Support positive behaviors among targeted students – through PBIS, small groups, one‑on‑one sessions, check-in / check-out.

• Focus on solving the root cause of identified behaviors to find long term solutions by working closely with the Dean and Social Worker;
