A caring and inclusive secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a reflective and enthusiastic Teacher of Religious Education (ECT) from January 2026.

The Role

You will teach RE across KS3 and KS4, delivering a curriculum focused on philosophy, ethics and world religions. The department encourages thoughtful discussion, respectful debate and strong written responses, helping students develop both academic and personal insight.

You will be supported in developing engaging lessons and confident classroom practice, with regular opportunities to observe experienced RE teachers.
