• Location: Pioneer (With company bus pick up)
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Up to $5,000 (Basic Salary, Depending on experiences)

Responsibilities

Optimizing hard disk storage: Implement strategies to maximize existing storage capacity and explore potential upgrades for significant storage expansion.

Improving sputter machine stability: Focus on enhancing the reliability and performance of the sputter machine and its processes.

• To lead a group of sputter Engineer Assistant to conduct daily sputtering work
• To develop new multilayers thin film structure for new hard disk media programs
• To duplicate hard disk media structure based on design transferred
• To monitor sputter process & machine stability
• Ensure compliance to ISO quality and Safety standards
• Any other duties as assigned by superior
