THE ROLE

In this role you will support the scalability qualification of Care and Styling making and filling operations at internal sites or TPM locations. Your work will focus on the pilot scale-up of lab prototypes, ensuring technical readiness to meet CPS timelines and appropriate escalation and mitigation of risks to protect the product launch.
