Manage one or more product categories in terms of initiatives delivery, product directions and developmental design strategies in accordance to defined goals and measures for product, package and/or process development requirements. Fulfill the requirements of the Food safety Management System.
Qualifications:
Degree in BS Chemical Engineering Minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing organization, specifically in product development, process & technology innovation Minimum of 4 years work experience in food manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience in product, package and/or process development Preferably with minimum 2 years in managerial or supervisory role. Compliance with 5S, 6S, GMP, HACCP and FSMS Proficient with both oral and written English communication skills Good presentation skills
