What I Will Be Doing

• Greeting guests with eye contact and smile.
• Escort guests to their tables if needed.
• Present menus to the guests and answer questions about menu items.
• Suggest food and beverages, being well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
• Taking food and drink orders.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
