We are looking for a Ramp Manager to lead and coordinate airside operations, ensuring operational safety , efficiency in daily operations, and full compliance with company standards and current regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all ramp handling activities , as well as supervising, developing and motivating the team under their responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of airside and load control procedures and processes , ensuring effective synchronization of ground teams.

• Guarantee operational and occupational safety , complying with all requirements for aircraft dispatch.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading , ramp equipment management, and passenger transportation to and from the terminal.

• Supervise daily operations and ensure flight schedules are met.
