The primary responsibility of the multi-modality is:
* Prep and screen patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
* Produce diagnostic images of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems.
* Explain and perform radiologic procedures with consideration to the level of understanding and age appropriateness of the patient.
* Able to assess patient pain by interfering with imaging procedures, makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.
* Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/ healthcare errors.
