**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures.**
**Performs all appropriate general diagnostic radiographic procedures.**
**Observant of patients’ conditions.**
**Practices and enforces radiation safety as described in Federal standards, utilizing ALARA policy. Adheres to all appropriate hospital and regulatory policies and assists in maintaining accreditation.**
**Understands and operates electronic information systems.**
**Compiles appropriate records to expedite results.**
**Successfully operates mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment within the department, in the OR, and throughout the hospital.**
