" Shift hours: 4x10s. Hours determined ahead of time, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (shift and days depending on need); call required (not on last day of work week)

" Siemens Experience Required. Epic experience Required

" On Call Requirement: NO call

" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.

" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

" Vacation Requirement: Must be available to work/take call one vacation per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)

" Accept First-Time Travelers: No
