Responsible to independently or under the supervision of senior radiographers, perform all MRI procedures, analyze output, and report to supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sufficient inventory of material supplies and equipment for performance of duties
• Report shortages of materials to supervisor promptly and keep ordering/replenishment records
• Perform all MR imaging procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures and protocols, applying detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology to produce high diagnostic quality images
• Perform other related radiography (special) procedures as required
• Evaluate MR images for quality, appropriateness, and completeness, advising other staff when necessary
• Conduct all preparations, cannulations, and administrations of IV contrast agents under the supervision of supervisor or physician
