Understand the service organization structure.
Informs Radiology Manager when changes occur in circumstances which affect standard of services.
Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
To plan, develop and manage imaging services.
To ensure all staff comply radiation protection safety policy are adhere all the time.
Establish the highest quality of imaging care.
Platform for effective communication and for staff to address grievances if any.
Maintain standard of care and good rapport with patient and family.
To ensure efficient operation of the service by developing system and processes suitable with current practice.
