**Job Title: Racker**
**Job Description**
This role works on a production line in the painting or finishing stage, preparing and inspecting parts for processing by placing or removing components on and from racking wire and large racks according to their size and shape. The position offers both first shift (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) and second shift (1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.) opportunities, with training provided and Spanish-speaking candidates welcome.
**Responsibilities**
+ Select appropriate racks based on the size, shape, and number of parts to be processed.
+ Inspect racks and parts to ensure they meet production and quality requirements.
+ Follow BT500 quality standards throughout the racking and finishing process.
+ Verify paperwork, confirm correct parts, and count parts accurately prior to racking.
