Quotations Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checking proposals quoted by the sales team in the system

  • Ensure that all prices in the system are accurate according to the suppliersaccommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, supplements

  • Act as an information center for the sales team

  • Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
