Purpose:

The Department ofat Santa Clara University, a Jesuit, Catholic university, seeks applicants for Quarterly Lecturer (non-tenure track) positions to teach courses in History. Available courses may include the history of South Asia, China, Germany, Native American/indigenous peoples, and LGBTQ+, or courses related to the history of business and capitalism. Specific assignments will be made according to the academic qualifications of the individual and programmatic need. Santa Clara University is on the quarter system, and the quarters are 10 weeks long with an 11th week for final examinations.
