Responsibilities: Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities and contract documentation. Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare tender analysis. Handle progress claims, variation orders, cost control and final accounts. Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow to ensure cost effectiveness. Work closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
