Job description

• Contract administration, preparing tender, quotes, progress claims and Final accounts
• Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues
• Quantities measurement and preparation of bills of quantities for quotation whenever require
• Prepare variation quotations and resolve the dispute issues. Follow-up on progress claims certificate promptly to obtain payment certificate
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to obtain costing and quotation support
• Maintaining a systematic project filing system to ensure all instructions, documents are properly documented and tracked.
• Attend all tender coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting for follow-up actions.
