Location :  Ubi 
Working hours :  5.5 days (Saturday - Work From Home) 
Salary :  Up to $4000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave

 Main Responsibilities  Review and execute tender documents, submission in accordance to tender requirement 
Assist in procurement and overview of purchases 
To liaise with contractors / suppliers on quotation and includes taking off of BQ 
Preparation on submission documents 
Prepare and analyzing costing for tenders (BCT, compare quotations). 
Prepare costing and discuss with Manager / Director for final figure (Margin, Prelim and profit) 
Furnish budgetary costing for tender 
Negotiated final pricing with contractors / supplier (retention, warranty, T&C)
