Responsibilities:
  • Assist Contract manager conducts Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.
  • Prepare contracts and documents.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation.
  • Assist in billings.
  • Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis.
  • Perform variation order.
  • To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management/ Quantity Surveying.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in MRT construction.
  • Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills.
  • Able to read and write in Chinese.
  • Able to commence work with short notice.
