Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract / Tender Phase:
  • Review and study Architectural drawings to understand project scope
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates for tender submissions
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  • Source and call for quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors and negotiate where appropriate
  • Prepare tender pricing and ensure timely tender submission
  • Assist in study and analysis of elemental costs
Post-Contract / Project Execution:
  • Manage progress claims, variation works, and final account preparation
  • Assess payments and variation works to clients and subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs and control overruns to ensure project objectives are achieved
