Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in contract administration and Variation Order (VO) management . The role will focus on protecting the company's commercial interests, managing contractual matters, evaluating claims, and negotiating variations to maximize project value.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Review tender and contract documents, identify commercial risks, and provide recommendations
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) with clients and consultants
• Evaluate and respond to subcontractor VO submissions and claims
• Lead negotiations to secure entitlement for additional costs and time extensions
