Job Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions based on project drawings and technical specifications
Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), costing summaries, technical proposals, and related tender documentation
Compile costing for ELV, BMS, and related systems implementation works
Coordinate with internal project and technical teams, as well as external vendors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
Support tender submission activities and ensure submissions are completed...
