Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost consultancy services for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects across various sectors, ensuring value, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost plans, budget estimates, and feasibility studies for M&E works. Manage tendering processes, including documentation, analysis, and procurement strategy. Administer contracts, including sub-letting, change control, and interim valuations. Monitor project costs, prepare monthly financial reports, and manage final accounts. Provide commercial advice, conduct risk assessments, and support value engineering. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
