The business specialises in Cut & Carve, Structural Alterations, Demolition, RC Frame and Enabling Works, partnering with many of the capital's leading developers, contractors and property owners on technically challenging refurbishment and redevelopment schemes.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, working on prestigious projects throughout Central London.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of Cut & Carve and Structural Alteration projects from award through to final account.
