The Role

• Commercial management of multiple structural and builders’ work packages
• Preparation and submission of valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
• Pricing and agreement of variations, dayworks, and change orders
• Procurement and management of subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Supporting tender submissions with take-offs, cost plans, and budget forecasts
