Due to continued growth, they now seek to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Regional Commercial team in Guildford on a permanent basis. Projects are a combination of mid to high-end traditional build developments ranging from 50 - multiphased to 300-unit schemes with approx. 10 live sites currently. This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate surveyor looking for a new challenge or an experienced assistant ready to step up.
