Quantity Surveyor for Gurgaon


Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 3 years in high-rise structure projects)

Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from architectural and structural drawings

Prepare rate analysis for various civil work items

Develop project cost estimates across different design stages

Verify and process contractor bills

Ensure contractor compliance with billing documentation and standards

Prepare material reconciliation statements for key construction resources

Compile monthly deviation reports comparing billed vs. budgeted amounts

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
