Roles & Responsibilities Review architectural plans and prepare Bill of Quantity Estimate quantity and costs of project based on drawing and details given by the client Review / prepare tender documents for submissions Assist in preparing Variation Orders (VO), progress claims, final accounts and other commercial submissions. Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, and assist in procurement processes. Maintain cost records, contract documents, quotation trackers and project commercial databases. Track material quantities, project costs, and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
