Job Overview

The role will be responsible for accurate quantity surveying, cost estimation, procurement of materials and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project contracts and budgets. Main Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project drawings to identify material quantities, labor requirements, and cost implications.
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional work and prepare cost analysis.
