We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
• Handle tender documentation and subcontractor evaluation.
• Monitor project costs budgeting and cost reporting.
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, VO & claims.
• Conduct final account preparation and project closing documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project budget, cash flow, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in main contracting companies.
