            Responsibilities   Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and cost estimation for MEP works 
Track project variations, claims, and cost control 
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors & procurement team 
Prepare and evaluate tender documents and bids 
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts 
Coordinate with engineers for scope of work clarification 
 Requirements   Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering 
Fit-out project experience is a must 
Min 5-8 years of experience 
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical costing 
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software 
UAE DL is required.
