Provide support in all commercial and contractual for the successful delivery of this project.
Support Project Manager in all areas of contract administration.
Monitor, manage, challenge, defend and resolve all claims and compensation events in conjunction with the Project and Commercial Managers.
Support production of monthly reports on key areas such as forecast costs, price for work done to date audits, cash-flow, payments, claims, conciliation matters etc.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years as a quantity surveyor, preferably within a rail/rail infrastructure environment.
Experienced in using NEC 3 or 4 contracts, preferably Option C - target cost contracts.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related commercial management qualification.
