Your new role

In this role, you will take responsibility for themercial management of construction projects from tender stage through to final account. You will prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation, while also carrying out site measurements and valuations. Day‑to‑day, you will manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation, oversee variations and change control, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
