An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and well-established construction and fit-out specialist delivering high-quality commercial projects across London.

Based out of modern offices in London Bridge, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate working on a range of commercial fit-out schemes valued up to £3m. The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Director, responsibilities will include:

Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously
Preparing cost plans, valuations, and financial reports
