- Variation orders
- Final account preparation
- Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients and sub-contractors
- Preparation of payment responses to subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in local building projects
- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good technical knowledge and well-versed in interpretation of drawings
