Customer Success Consultant

Responsibilities
- Support the branch development including but not limited to market technical research, basic data collection.
- Responsible for the technical capability.
- Support the product demo meetings including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A.
- Product trainings to Cubicost users; monitor the product usage of key clients and improve the satisfaction through all kinds of ways.
- Project guidance for key clients upon business demand.
- Prepare technical materials for demo, training purposes.
- Public technical speech upon demand.
- Team collaboration on marketing events.
