Scrum Master support the Scrum team Vietnam in various ways to perform using the Scrum framework collaboration with Japan team.

[Responsibilities]

• Support and facilitate for new Scrum team
• Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice.
• Coaching the team member to become self-management and cross-functionality.
• Remove of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress.
• Helping in creating/managing backlogs.
• Helping with Scrum metrics collection.

YÊU CẦU:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Scrum Master (hoặc BrSE/PM có mindset Agile)
- Hiểu sâu về Scrum và quy trình phát triển phần mềm
- Tiếng Nhật tốt (N2 trở lên)
ĐIỂM CỘNG CỰC MẠNH:
- Có kỹ năng kỹ thuật, biết lập trình 
- Có chứng chỉ Scrum (CSM, CSD...)
- Từng làm việc/sinh sống tại Nhật
- Giao tiếp được tiếng Anh (điểm cộng)
