**Quality Technician (Contract-to-Hire)**
**Schedule:** **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM**
**Pay Rate:** **$26.00/hour**
**Employment Type:** **Contract-to-Hire (Target conversion after 6 months)**

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Technician** to join our Quality team. This position is primarily focused on **Quality Assurance (QA)** activities, with the opportunity to develop skills in **Quality Control (QC)** over time. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment and possess a strong understanding of quality systems, food safety programs, and documentation practices.

The Quality Technician will report directly to the **Quality Manager** , work alongside two other quality team members, and collaborate closely with Production and Warehouse Operations to support product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
