Quality Technician Location: Lexington, TN Position Overview: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow ALL safety procedures and attendance requirements.

Perform butt weld testing for chain making production. Cut, Heat Treat, and break samples. Document all results in the appropriate location.

Perform Tensile test on various products such as chain, master links, hooks, and

Perform Hardness Testing on various products such as chain, master links, hooks, and assemblies utilizing Rockwell, Brinell, and Knoop testers.

Analyze samples from repair stations utilizing the various techniques in the lab.

Perform bend test on all products as required.
