Quality Control Technician Location: Thirsk

Salary: £33-35k, dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Castle Manufacturing are working in partnership with a well‑established manufacturing business in the Thirsk area to recruit a Quality Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional who enjoys a hands‑on role, ensuring product quality, compliance and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product and environmental quality testing, including NIR testing, in line with established schedules
• Collect samples for internal and external analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Arrange the transfer of samples to external laboratories
• Record and report testing results, highlighting any quality concerns promptly
• Produce trend analysis, statistical reporting and quality performance data
