The Quality Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for conducting ongoing performance improvement activities for the Fairfield Region of Hartford HealthCare. The Specialist leads performance/process improvement for targeted initiatives, oversight of collection/abstraction and aggregation of data, and the analysis of data /metrics to assess performance. The Specialist collaborates with key stakeholders/ departments in developing best practice standards to ensure the reliable, safe design of care processes and workflows.
