Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, client specifications, and ISO standards
• Manage QA/QC processes, inspections, and audits across large-scale building works
• Oversee NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and material submittals
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality matters
• Drive best practices and lessons learned across projects
• Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to senior management
• Lead, mentor, and develop site quality teams
• Promote a culture of quality excellence and right-first-time delivery
