Basic Job Functions:

The Quality Management Systems Technician (QST) is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards . This role serves as a change agent to drive quality system effectiveness, support compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across assigned areas. The QST works closely with operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
