Job Details

Our Quality Management Coordinator (RN) will:
+ Be responsible for gathering, compiling, analyzing data and producing information to promote effective Quality Care.

+ Participate in overall Quality/Performance Improvement activities as directed.

+ Prepare to ensure regulatory survey readiness, with knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and NYSDOH standards and regulations

+ Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes.

+ Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loves ones through safety intervention, emotional support, a...
