Responsibilities

• Raise and close CIRC cards and verify that floors and equipment meet plant hygiene standards.
• Provide clear and accurate data and communication to Team Leaders and the Quality Manager.
• Support online quality control: capture online QC data, initiate 5‑whys/NCRs to the production line, and verify compliance with food‑safety standards and plant personal hygiene.
• Conduct online PPMDs and raw‑material quality control, identify non‑conformances, and raise NCRs or RCAs according to the sampling plan.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory and testing equipment, follow GLP standards, and archive documents according to retention procedures.
