**Job Title: Quality Inspector**

**Pay Rate: $26 - $33/hour**

**Shift: 1st Shift Hours (Monday to Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm)**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Perform dimensional and geometric inspections using CMM, SmartScope, and manual metrology tools.
+ Create inspection reports and issue inspection certifications.
+ Write and modify CMM and SmartScope programs for reverse engineering.
+ Manipulate 2D and 3D CAD data for inspection processes.
+ Schedule and prioritize inspection work.
+ Train CMM and SmartScope users in the tool room or other departments.
+ Schedule or perform maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with tolerancing and inspection.
+ Quality experience with tight tolerancing down to the tenths.
+ Candidates need some CMM experience, but various CMM types are acceptable.
